Comment: Been living in Aberdeen for the last 30 years.  I have gotten my 3 boys raised and they are all in college.  Ages 26, 23 and 20.
.  As you can see I'm still hanging out with the Pierre crowd.   This is a picture of myself with Pam Welch and Cindi Mefford(Rigg's '77) at Pam's daughters Graduation party.   
What are you looking forward to doing at the reunion?: seeing everybody and having a great time.

What have you been doing for the last 10 years?: Working at my salon, following the boys in all their sporting events.

Lori Lewis (Obenauer)

Comment: Where has the time gone?  The last 10 years have been a whirlwind!!  I am still working in the hospital lab.  There is never a dull moment there.  The biggest change that has happened is that I remarried 6 years ago.  I met a wonderful man who has 2 children.  Along with my 2 girls, ages 25 and 22, I also have 2 step children, ages 18 and 16.   Life has been very interesting.  Constantly on the go.  I get to Pierre occasionally.  My mom still lives there.  And I am really looking forward to being back for the Class of '78 Reunion!!
What are you looking forward to doing at the reunion?: Catching up with everyone

Pat Madras (Butler)

Comment: I've been living in St. Louis, MO for the past 20 years and within the past 10 married to a great guy, Mark, with 3 great kids - Becky 25, Mike 23, Andy - 21.  I'm working for Arch Coal, Inc., the number 2 coal producer in the US -- yes, we still use coal for generating electricity.  I work in the corporate human resources department as a manager in charge of HR systems.  We truly live in a small world, recently Becky worked under Peggy Martin-Lockhart during an internship! Hopefully, Peggy will come to the reunion since we've never seemed to get it together to see each other in St. Louis. I'm looking so forward to seeing everyone and visiting "home."   See you in July!

Comment: It will be good to see everyone and Pierre.  Don't get to South Dakota much.

What have you been doing for the last 10 years?: Putting kids through college, working in public education, dreaming of retiring in Negril, Jamaica

Michael Martinson

Marital status: Married
Occupation: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Comment: Attended USD after graduation. majored in partying and minored in Nursing. Worked in Wyoming, Arizona, then Colorado. Finished my undergaduate degree in Nursing @ the University of Northen Colorado. Moved back to South Dakota for anesthesia school. Settled in Ogallala Ne. in 1994 with Susie and our oldest son Nick. Fathered two more boys, Luke and Isaac. Susie and I will be celebrating 20 years of marrage this October. I spend my time being a father, sitting on a stool passing gas in the morning, doing construction in the afternoons and gardening in the evenings. 
What are you looking forward to doing at the reunion?: Having fun, enjoying the company of fellow classmates and showing my children how far I had to walk to school and prove that it was up hill both ways.
How many kids/grand children do you have?: 3 boys, ages 11,12,& 16. no grandchildren
What have you been doing for the last 10 years?: Raising our boys with the help of my wife. Renovating blighted properties, and summiting the highest points in all 50 states.

Susan Morris (Bauer)

Comment: I have been married to Bob for going on 26 years! We do not have children, but keep busy with work, travel and we both enjoy playing golf. Bob is a partner in his law firm and I work as a PA/NP in the ER. Last year for our 25th wedding anniversary we spent 3 weeks traveling in Europe, we hope to return some day.
What are you looking forward to doing at the reunion?: visiting with former classmates and old friends

Vicki Myers (Votteler)

Just living in the country...enjoying Missouri's four seasons....native wildlife and flowers.  Very much interested in advances in physics and reports back from the Voyager mission, which was launched when we were starting our senior year.  And I like the band, Clutch.   

Joe Newling

Comment: After graduating from SDSU I moved to Bremerton, Washington (a little west of Seattle) and started working for the Navy. Well, I’m still there. I have two boys. The oldest, Paul, is a Junior at U of Washington and his bother, Jake will be joining him there this fall. Did you know that college houses look almost the same now as they did 30 years ago?:) That’s a little scary. I still have family and good friends in Pierre so I get back at least once year. Looking forward to seeing everyone at the reunion.

Connie Nold (Eisenbeisz)

Comment: Married to Lionel, 2 boys, 22 & 19.  We moved to Mobridge in 1998, where I was working for the City of Mobridge as the Deputy Finance Officer.  Lionel's job transfered us back to the Pierre Area.  We built a house along the Missouri River on the Ft Pierre side, yep - we're River Rats!  I took a job with the Pierre Schools, where I got to keep in touch with my past teachers, yikes, thank god some of them did not remember the mischievous things I did.  I am now working for the State. I am  struggling to be the next SD Lottery Jack Pot Winner so I can take all my classmates to a wonderful tropical vacation.  Wish Me Luck - see you in July!
